Horse Water Management in the Winter Part 3

This video talks about another way to slow down ice forming on your horse's water. This is a low cost solution that doesn't require electricity with the idea being to keep as little air touching the surface of the water as possible. I've talked about this in the past in these two videos:

Hopefully this is useful to some people that are a bit handy with wood or know somebody who is. This method is effective and will slow down ice forming on your horse's water. While this example is basic, more insulation can be added and a ball could be put in the middle area to improve it even further.
