The stallion should then wait for permission before teasing mare
The stallion should tease the mare calmly and without biting, kicking, rearing, squealing etc.
The stallion should wait for permission before mounting
The stallion should be capable of being called off if nescessary
These basic requirements of a stallion will help make a safer environment during breeding for the handlers and the horses
