Glæða is one of our most promising fillies from 2008. She has outstanding conformation, is light built and has long legs supporting her cylindrical body. The neck is long and raised, and the shape of it is excellent, thin and arched. She showed all gaits during her first year, but shows a lot of trot now, with very high leg lift and huge strides. The lightness in her movements is unusually attractive. Please look at the video below to see for yourself. The pedigree of this great filly hardly gets much better. Her mother is one of our flagship first prize mares, and her bloodlines involve great legendary mares such as Kolbrún frá Sauðárkróki and the famous stallion Náttfari frá Ytra-Dalsgerði.
