The intern Clara is being taught how to give oral medicine to this dwarf hamster. The best practice is to put the hamster inside a holding container to prevent her from rushing off and falling off the table. Put the hamster on the table to give medication unless the hamster does not move a lot as in this case. This hamster does not bite and so it is safe for the intern to hold her..
