What I feed my hamster

So here is what I currently feed my ham hams.
Now like I said in the video, Vitasmart complete nutrition isn't the greatest brand of hamster mix to give to your pet, so I urge you to look for a brand with a higher protein percentage.
Here is what my mix consists of:
-Vitakraft Vitasmart Complete Nutrition
-Millet
-Lentils
-Brown rice
-Meal worms
