If you don't want to use fish you could use boiled chicken, turkey or dried insects instead! Einstein has a diet that consists mainly of fresh food and the portion size in this video is a whole days worth of food - if you feed your hamster a salad don't overfeed them by giving them hamster mix as well. A nice salad twice a week in place of hamster mix will help to keep your hamster healthy and their coat looking beautiful! :) x
