Fruits:

Apples that are seedless

Banana

Blackberries

Blueberries

Cantaloupe.

Cherries

Cranberries

Grapes that are seedless

Lychee

Mango

Melon

Peaches with no stone

Plums with no pits

Raspberries

Raspberry Leaves. These can cause diarrhea

Strawberries

Vegetables:

Asparagus

Bean Sprouts

Bok Choy

Broccoli

Cabbage but only feed in limited amounts

Carrots

Cauliflower

Celery

Chard

Chestnuts

Chickweed

Chicory

Clover

Corn on the Cob

Cucumbers

Dandelion Leaves

Endive

Green Beans

Kale

Parsnips

Peas

Radicchio

Romaine Lettuce

Spinach

Squash

Sweet Potatoes

Sweet bell Peppers

Water Chestnuts

Water Cress

Meats and Proteins:

Cooked Ground Beef Make sure you rinse well in hot water to remove any grease

Cooked Chicken or Turkey either Steamed or baked

Low Fat Cottage Cheese

Fish Cod make sure it's cooked removing bones and skin

Grasshoppers which are found at a petshop only.

Meal worms which are found at a petshop only.

Crickets which are found at a petshop only.

Bread soaked in milk. Make sure the bread is whole grain and no white bread. The milk needs to be Low Fat, Skim or Soy.

Eggs either boiled or scrambled

Plain Tofu

Plain Low Fat Yogurt

Dog Biscuits make sure it's not Garlic, onion, or onion powder

Monkey Chow

Lab Blocks

Other Safe Foods:

Buckwheat

Baby Food make sure it's low sugar and no onion or garlic in it

Cheese make sure it's mild cheeses in moderation

Cooked Plain Brown Rice

Cooked Pasta Make sure it's wheat but Spinach would be better

Dry toast. This is helpful for diarrhea

Flax seed

Low or Sugarless Cereals

Pumpkin Seeds make sure it's unsalted

Nuts not any almonds!

Sesame Seeds

Soybeans they can be roasted but not salted

Squash seeds

Lentils

Oatmeal either dry or soaked in skim or low fat milk

Nutritional Yeast

Bran and Wheat Germ Make sure it's refrigerated, otherwise it goes bad fast

Peanuts make sure they're unsalted

Alfalfa

Unsalted Popcorn make sure it's not buttered
