A guinea pig has crusty eyelids, breast tumour and urine scalding areas

Grooming the guinea pig includes eye drops and ear drops to be given thrice a week. Remove matted hairs around eyelids. This guinea pig has ear infections (otitis externa).
Daily washing of the urine scaled area are required.
Good food and antibiotics will be given. Commercial guinea pig pellets are fed. Good quality hay will be given.
The owner did not want the breast tumour removed.
