- Yes, guinea pigs can eat sprouts. They are healthy food for guinea pigs because sprouts are filling and rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, particularly vitamin C. This vitamin is very important for guinea pigs and they also very much enjoy the taste of sprouts!
