Fried guinea pig, also known as Cuy is extremely popular in Peru! Here in Peru one of the most traditional dishes is Cuy, which is Guinea Pig. It is a delicacy herein the country, especially in the southern region! Cuy is a dish that brings families together and many Peruvians love it!
