Christine takes a family vacation to Perú with her husband, John, brother-in-law Peter, and cousin Pauline. After an overnight layover in Lima, they arrive bleary-eyed and famished in Cusco. When they venture out in search of something to eat, the four come across a few local traditional foods, such as grilled beef hearts and deep-fried guinea pig. What do beef hearts and guinea pig taste like? Will these dishes be something Christine aspires to cook in her own kitchen?
