So as i said in the video, I do this to prevent anything from happening to my pigs, with my guinea pigs I had before these guys, they would get mites/scurvy/lice ( a lot of skin problems) quite often and we were always taking them to the vet and if 1 has something you gotta take all and get them all treated so as you can imagine that cost a bit. So I just do this to prevent it, if you think your guinea pig has any type of skin problem you should go to a small animal vet straight away because it is very uncomfortable for your pig (especially if you are new to owning guinea pigs and never dealt with this before) however if you know what it is and you catch it early you can use ivromection (i think thats what it's called) ive never used it but i've heard its very good but do research before you use anything! A lot of pet store sprays do not work so best thing to do if research on different products and ask/go to a vet.
In This Video: Frosty, Squeaky, Princess & Crumble + a few of the other pigs.
