Keeping guinea pigs inside is ideal. However, they do love grass time and I hear of occasions when people get caught out with the weather and their pets experience the devastating effects of heat stress. This is lethal and will kill quickly. I created this quick overview of things to be aware of and how to treat an animal quickly to try and get the best result. Please remember prevention is better than cure! Avoid them being out in extreme temperatures.
