PART 1 | How to make your own pet bed for Guinea Pigs/Rabbits/Ferrets/etc

To save a load of money I decided to make a (triangular) pet bed for my new guinea pig, Peewee. I paid about £6 (inc p&p) for the material, but you could use old blankets/towels or odd bits of material round the house. You end up having a little project to do and you save lots of money! Because I didn't consistently make this, it took me just under two days, but I could have probably made it in a day. If you have a sewing machine or are particularly good at hand sewing, it could take you only a couple of hours. You can completely personalise it and make it to fit the needs of your pet.
My main aim was to make it big enough to fit in the 'SnuggleSafe Microwave Wireless Heatpad' which I bought to keep my guinea pig warm in the winter. You can get one for around £22 from Pets at Home, but you could probably find it cheaper on Ebay or Amazon.
