Please read and watch the video before commenting. I only put Charlie on a leash in the front yard when I can watch him consistently. I give him an extra 20 yards to walk by adding a strong piece of string to the leash. I never let his leash get caught up or rolled together, and I always put the harness on loosely. The leash never tugs on his back.
