Adele who is my youngest sow successfully delivered her first litter this evening (26th August 2011). There were four in the litter, all of which are males. Regrettably, the last baby to make an entry was still-born and showed no sign of movement on its arrival. I intend to re-home these babies as a group of three.
Since I re-commenced breeding guinea pigs in 2009, this is the 15th successful litter. Not sure if Snowy is pregnant with her second litter but if she is, this is due towards the end of September 2011.
