Feed my dog a Quarter Raw Goat slightly fried. Will she eat it?

I have a whole piece of a quarter of a lamb shoulder. I lightly fried the surface but leave the meat and bone raw to see if my dog would eat it. The result was unexpected. My picky bully is selective about the kind of raw meat I feed her. My cane corso wouldn't mind any raw meat but the bully prefer anything less than $10 / kg cooked.
