Africa Food: If you live in Nigeria or have ever been to Nigeria, you would have tasted Nigeria's unique hot 'Peppersoup' dish at some point, be it goat meat, fish or chicken peppersoup and you must cry while eating it.

Today on The Hustle,BattaBox presenter BollyLomo has a new Lagos job. He has to work in a slaughter slab and learn how to be a Butcher.
"I've never showered for an animal before - first animal, dead goat," laments Bolly
Bolly took us through the steps on how to prepare goat meat peppersoup, you kill the goat, pump air into it, skin the goat with a blade or knife, burn or roast it, and then wash. He also managed to kill one goat.
"I am a murderer, i've killed a goat," he says sadly
