How to Feed Branches as a snack to the Alpine Goats

In the morning and evening, my Alpine Goats are fed Lucerne pellets. If for some or other reason they do not go on the land to browse, then I bring in a truck load of Port Jackson branches (botanical name - acacia saligna) to the homestead
The branches are placed on the fence as it is good for the goats to stretch and eat.
When hay is obtainable, they receive it at-lib, otherwise they are fed Lucerne and straw (straw for roughage)
The Alpine Homestead is situated in the Western Cape, South Africa
