You may have heard that goats will eat anything but on this Canadian farm, goats eat a well-balanced diet.

Transcript: (market goat farm)

Adrian -- We feed the goats twice a day and we feed them hay and also a mixed ration of grain and supplement and that happens twice a day; in the morning and in the evening. Also the children help out by feeding grain and also when there are little kids that need to be bottle fed, they help with that as well. Goats eat a variety of things. They're what we call browsers. They go out to pasture and they browse on everything from young sapling trees to grasses, and also in the barn they have free choice of hay. If Bonny goes outside with a bucket of grain and they recognize both her voice and the grain bucket, they very quickly come inside when it's their time for feeding.
