RSPCA Short Tails: Bonnie The Goat

When Bonnie the goat came into the shelter, she was underweight, malnourished and in need of round-the-clock care. Thankfully, one of our dedicated foster carers stepped forward and took on the task of bottle feeding and caring for little Bonnie.
The foster care network is vital to our shelters, as it provides a safe haven for animals and one on one care during their time of need. Foster carers can care for kittens, puppies, dogs, cats, rabbits, farm animals and even fish!
After a few weeks in foster care, Bonnie was available for adoption and found a forever home on a farm in the Blue Mountains. Bonnie is now living the dream, eating fresh peach tree leaves and frolicking around the farm yard with her big brother Dougal the sheep.
