Barbari goat is one of the best milking goat in India. It have good adaptability in Indian climate. Axonvet realize this fact and start breeding it in one of its associated farm where thrid gereneration of this breed is present. We are looking into opportunities present in genetic diversity in this breed. We are now started work on progeny testing. Its a private pilot project which will provide way for development in future.
