We have seen many poisonous snakes growing up in Gaborone Botswana. This is due to the having lots of wildlife and beautiful environments such as the Kalahari desert and the Okavango Delta. Botswana is landlocked and is just north of South Africa. Historically, snakes have always been treated with caution as we didn't have as much access to medication and treatment. Therefore creating a slight superstition and fear towards snakes.
