Originated from USA, rabbit chinchilla is big grey bunny well know in Eastern Europe. There are several types of this breed. It can be grey or brown, even black. Continental breeders also know suck species as soviet chinchilla giant rabbit.

You can raising it at home for meat. Actually, it is not bred for their fur.
