The funny cartoon "Big Buck Bunny" tells the story of a giant bunny rabbit with a heart bigger than himself. When one sunny day three rodents rudely harass him, something snaps... and the rabbit ain't no bunny anymore! In the typical cartoon tradition he prepares the nasty rodents a comical revenge.
The cartoon "Big Buck Bunny" is a short computer-animated comedy 3D film by the Blender Institute, part of the non-profit Blender Foundation.
The film was officially released in an April 10, 2008 premiere in Amsterdam, but online free film downloads was released on May 30, 2008. Budget of the cartoon: 150,000 €.
