This is not a goat gone awol. They have actually been put there by the Bournemouth council to help manage the natural environment of the East Cliff. I'm not sure the inhabitants of the apartment block are too happy with these cattle because as you can hear, these goats make a horrible noise constantly bleating away!
If you thought the Goat Simulator puts these funny animals in a bad light, you can see that they were right - these critters are crazy!
