Do you have trouble keeping your Goats in the electric fenced area? I do... I devised a plan. Being on a low low-budget and unable to add more aluminum wire. I devised a plan and implemented it. Next video is the test. It's funny this fence keeps bears out, yet doesn't keep the genius goats in.
