Salmon fish one of the ancient dish which possesses many medicinal properties and its content a lot of nutrients mainly on Omega-3s fatty acid which play a crucial nutrient for health and development. various study prescribed that pregnant woman must eat salmon fish twice the week then only mother and baby have essential fatty acid which helps to improve the antioxidant and remove the toxic substances from the body. Eating salmon fish will enhance body immunity and protection from cold, cough and urinary tract infection during pregnancy.
Due to water pollution salmon fish contains high amount retinol plasma and selenium which will induce the miscarriage and inhibit the pregnancy. Also avoid salmon fish with high concentration of mercury content which is one of dangerous chemical component which will damage central nervous system development, brain, kidney of the fetus, recent research study indicated that contaminated fish contains Polychlorinated biphenyls which is one of the hazardous substances which will provide serious threat to the health of a developing baby and can become a cause for cancer too.
