Hand Feeding Giant Tarpon Fish off Caye Caulker in Belize

As part of a full day snorkeling trip to the Hol Chan Marine Reserve with Ragamaffin Tours we made an unexpected stop to feed big Tarpon fish by hand. All it takes is to hold a couple of sardines off the boat and the big fish are starting to jump out of the water to get a snack. You'll have to be careful how you hold the fish to avoid the tarpon biting your hand. As you can see there must have been around 50 or more tarpons by the boat waiting to get some food. Enjoy watching the tarpon fish jumping out of the water in slow motion.
We used a GoPro Hero 4 Silver to capture this footage. An acrylic dome attachment allowed us to get some great split footage so you can see the fish under water and out of the water at the same time.
