Feeding my fishes is the most exiting moment for me. One actually love to see them having food.

Feeding is one of the most important aspects of caring for fish so be sure to do some research and plan a proper fish feeding schedule.

HOW OFTEN TO FEED:

Most fish do quite well on one feeding per day. Most of them require 16 to 24 hours to fully digest the food they eat, so once-a-day feeding is quite sufficient. However, some owners like me prefer to feed their fish very lightly twice or thrice a day.

I maintain a proper schedule to feed my fishes keeping in mind about the quantity I should feed them. I reduce the quantity knowing about, how much to feed them to keep them healthy. I start with Osaka Green/Optimum in the morning around 9'O clock, then around 5'O clock I feed them TetraBits Complete/Blood Worms/Dry Worms/Dry Shrimps and again around 10'O clock with Osaka Green/Optimum.
I maintain the above mentioned diet and everyday I alter the food so that my fishes don't get bored with same routine.

DO NOT OVERFEED:

Overfeeding is the most common mistake fish owners make, and it can lead to a serious problem in the aquarium and for its inhabitants. Overfeeding clogs the filter and breaks down into toxins that are harmful to fish. This is why fish food packaging includes clear warnings regarding the dangers of over-feeding.

Also remember to take out the access food (wait for max 10 to 15 minutes) to keep your tank water fresh and clean.

Hope this helps..
