Fish and broccoli diet

The diet consist of eating fish and broccoli for 2 weeks (14 days) straight. 4 small meal a day with interval of 3 hours between meal.
You can also take multivitamins to make sure you get all the nutrients that your body need daily. You should also drink 4 liter of water every day. Also work out 4-5 days a week for best results.
The fish that I am going to use is tilapia.
