best saltwater fish food. new life spectrum pellets. what my saltwater fish eat. rod's food, frozen mysis shrimp, julian spring's sea veggies, nori, new life spectrum thera +A pellets, goniopower to feed coral. I feed once a day M-F and twice a day on weekends. I feed new life spectrum thera +A once a day and the fish go nuts for them. About 10 minutes after pellets I feed nori by hand since it's a tang tank. They all love it. Once a week I will feed Rod's food and frozen mysis shrimp to give them a change. I will feed goniopower once a week for the coral. This goniopower lasts forever! Just put your finger in your tank, dab it in the powder and put your finger in the tank to wash off the powder.
