Betta Australis is a hobby club located in Brisbane. We are dedicated to the keeping, breeding and showing of the amazing Betta fish.
The most commonly kept Betta, Betta splendens, is usually referred to as the Siamese Fighting Fish.
The club meets on the 3rd Tuesday night of every month.
Location: Annerley Arcade, 478 Ipswich Road Annerley, QLD, 4103 at 7.30pm.
Topics discussed vary from how to breed Bettas, what to feed them, the best housing and even how to train a fish for shows.
The club is assisting with 2 major competitions this year.
Caboolture Show - June 3-11 and the Royal National Show (EKKA) August 5-20
