Sadhguru talks about how to eat

During our visit with Sadhguru (for the movie) he spoke on a number of issues, one of which was food. While his discourse on the alimentary canal did not make it into the movie. It is worth going onto the internet and looking up the alimentary canal of herbivores and of carnivores. Many things might surprise you, as they did me. For example, the length of the alimentary canal and it's ratio in the human body is exactly the same as it is with all herbivores rather than what it is with all carnivores.
