Integrated Ozone System Installed for Air Scrubber Waste Water Treatment.
Fish Feed manufacturing company produces odour during production & these odorous gases are being exhausted in atmosphere through air scrubber. In the process of scrubbing, water becomes highly odorous & polluted with COD & BOD. Due to this blow down, quantity of waste water going to drain/ETP is high. To treat this waste water ozone generator is being installed with sand filter & activated carbon filter. High dose of ozone in scrubber sump significantly reduces odour, COD & BOD. In return reduces blow down water quantity.
