Who is the alpha male?

Tilapia males fight for territory.
This little guy, a.k.a. "Lover Boy" has not grown since he stopped eating solid food more then a month ago. Yet he is very energetic and has been feverishly defending his territory since we introduced a large breeder pair into the tank last week. Apparently, he has no idea how small he is because he constantly goes toe to toe with a very large male tilapia that dwarves him.
