Recently I have been on a extreme health diet. For 30 days I am eating nothing but oatmeal in the morning, chicken, fish and vegetables for lunch and dinner. No more Taco bell, NO MORE DRINKING! say good bye to BALLS BACK! I need all the support i can get! here we go lets do this!
