Fair Fish Feeding Frenzy

6 fish I won at the State Fair, eating like they're going to the chair. That rhymed... But it makes me wonder, and I highly doubt it, if the poor things are fed before being won. And yes, I know goldfish are voracious eaters, but you gotta wonder. They're kept in a giant garbage can for who knows how long?... Poor things.
