Betta channoides Breeding!!!

I caught a pair of wild mouth-brooding Betta channoides spawning. They have some of the most interesting spawning behavior of all aquarium fish. They embrace, the female picks up the eggs and passes them to the male who holds them in his mouth until the fry hatch and are ready to go out into the world.
I also explain details of how I keep these fish, the setup they are breeding in, and how to house brooding males until the fry are released.
