Worrying about betta fish breeding its easy to breed and simple.
First condition the water in your tank and introduce a healthy male betta after a day introduce a healthy female fish with a bowl as shown in the video . after 1 or 2 days you can see the behavioral changes of both the fish. Also you may find bubble nest near the tank corner.
That time you can free the female.
After a day of breeding process you can see the eggs under the bubble nest.
Once breeding and egg laying over separate the female or male will atack the female.
