Blood Parrot Fish Breeding with Texas Cichlid

Aquarium blood parrot fish breeding project of mine. I’ve been trying to breed them with Texas cichlids for a while. This is my favorite fish food right now. My fish can’t get enough of this stuff.

Breeding fish for profit. Im failing to breed my blood parrot cichlid and Texas cichlid. Our community has been thriving for months and in the last 48 hours we've lost about 15 fish! Including my favourite pleco who we watched grow (the biggest fish in our tank so I don't think they're being eaten + they're all peaceful tetras). Our water test is optimal and we did a water change after losing the first few but that made no difference.

What could be happening? I'm so upset! They're going from fine and happy to dead within an hour.. there doesn't seem to be any deteration over time.

Post pics of setup and water test results. Size of tank? How many fish and what kind? Temperature? Any chemicals used in the last 24-48 hrs? It's a 80g (300l) with about 30 (now only about 18) tetras, cardinals, neons and rummynose a bristlenose (now no longer) and 3 (now 2) Cory doras It's a little bit warm at 28c but they've been doing great in that for ages! And we added chemicals for the water change but they started going before that.

It's an aqua one nautilus filter will have to double check the media when I get home from work. And havnt noticed any appearance differences of the fish. Today I rescued the dying Golden Pothos from the feeder tank and placed it in the 20 gallon to see if it will survive as an emergent growth (the feeders did a number on it, chewed it within an inch of its life, so I am hoping the left over branches will survive).

Very few fish currently; will restock once we've moved. I figure the move will be hard enough on the tanks we have, land and water worlds both without adding new citizens so close to a move. The Pothos vines are on either corner, supported with pipe cleaner. What can I do to maximize the safety and survivability of the Pothos? (Also, I may be adding garlic cloves).

Urgent help my arowanas tank broke and i had to get him to water so i picked him and put him with the redtail the temperature was different and i think he is in shock and he is moving slow and not moving when i tried to touch him what can i do to make him survive this plz help me.

UPDATE
First off I want to thank each and every one of you for all the advice second I want to thank everyone for not leaving any negative comments even though I deserve them. This is day 4 did another test. Results ammonia .50 nitrite 0 nitrate 5.0 I got a filter from a cycled tank and put it in mine fish are acting great.

UNCYCLED TANK
Ok I know I am going to catch a lot of crap for not doing my research. Just set up a new 55 gallon tank 3 days ago and added fish same day then I learned that you should let your tank cycle before adding fish. I picked up an api master test kit today results ph 7.6 ammonia .50 nitrite and nitrate 0 what should I do.
