How to tell if your fish are nesting??

Hey Everyone! Welcome to the Criss Karver Channel where I primarily deal with fish and snakes.
Today I'm going to show you the first couple of signs that your fish are breeding ... or nesting.
In this video, my black convict fish are in the mood for love! Now, even though we will not see any eggs, the sure signs of breeding are very clear!
When fish choose a nesting area the first thing you will notice is the other fish. Yes!! When the other fish look crowded on one side of the fish tank, it's a pretty clear sign that someone is nesting nearby.
In this case... my convicts! They have set up a nesting sight on the left side of the fish tank and are defending it. When they lay eggs, you will normally see just on of the parents as the other is 'fanning' the eggs and watching for predators.
This is a quick video of the signs of breeding and if these eggs hatch there will be a follow up for you!
