TILAPIA & CATFISH | GROWING FISH IN CONCRETE PONDS
Growing fish at home in Thailand.
Growing catfish and tilapia at home is quite straight forward & relatively inexpensive.
This is a brief intro to our concrete ponds set up at the back of our house, where they are more secure from poachers than on our farm!
All the fish tanks have been constructed from block, concrete & waterproofing cement.
We have 3 ponds in total covering a combined area of 10m x 8m.
We are breeding numerous species including both types of tilapia, large catfish, and pacu, amongst a few others.
If you are interested in selling tilapia, Thai people love to eat freshwater fish & could offer good opportunities.
We eat and sell the tilapia in various forms and they do not taste of mud or pellet.
The upcoming vlogs in this playlist will include filtration and feeding.
