Feels really good to have taken out a bunch of the gravel/dirt out of the lower 75. While i was siphoning out the tank I went ahead and did 50% on the upper 75. As you can see, both the fish and the plants are happy about it. Rainbows love a big water change, it brings out the great colors that you don't typically see on Rainbow fish in a pet store. I love these fish as they were the "Original Gangsters" or "OG" in the 220. I feel bad they were down in that lower 75 for so long. It also feels good to have one less tank to maintain. (My multitankitis has been outta control for a while now if you haven't noticed) I dig a bunch of things about this tank. 1. The baby tear all over the place just makes me happy if you order it from me, this is where I get it from. It always come back. I like the contrast with the low plants and the big lace plant. i also love the low red tiger lotus and the star grass that i cut and keep low. The reduction of tanks will give me more time to trim, sculpt and aquascape my inside tanks. A big water change is ALWAYS a step in the right direction....The tank moving continues....Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving tomorrow and if you are in another country, eat a ton tomorrow like us fat americans
