Fish Tank Guys Red claw yabby breeding tank update: It cracked!

Here’s a quick update on our red claw breeding tank. Through selective breeding I have been trying to cross red claw yabbies with “electric blue” blue claw yabbies, they are mostly the same but I believe are different in the number of ridges they have on the tops of their heads.
Unfortunately the tank that these were originally in decided to split from top to bottom after I made a mistake replacing the intake pipes from the canister... I’m not even sure what happened but it required quick action.
Now they are house in a slightly larger 6ft tank and it has a 4ft sump. The way the previous owner has it set up was to have plants in the sump, so I will be trying to recreate what was in there and see if it will work as a good alternative to control nitrates in the tank.
