How to Collect & Taking Care Baby Fish from Breeding Pond into Fry Trap

This is my natural tilapia breeding pond. No Filter, no pump, no liner. I put 10 males and 30 female tilapias for natural breeding. Harvesting the fry every week, sometimes twice a week. Not the best way to breed tilapia, but this is how i do it.
