As the water levels rise in Lake Victoria, the lake is reclaiming most of the shores of the lake and this has angered a number of peopleMaganda Moses District environmental officer say most of the factories in Jinja have no treatment plant and this has affected the fish breeding areas and the local community on the shores of the lake.
