Cleaning a Glass Aquarium of Calcium Deposits the Fish Fin-atic Way

How to easily clean those nasty white Calcium and hard water deposits from your aquarium glass. This also works on heaters, filters, plastic trimming, airlines, and pretty much anything else which is covered in the white crust. Be cautious when cleaning metallic items, as they might rust if not thoroughly rinsed, and also if your tank is made of Acrylic, DO NOT USE a rough scrubbing pad - use soft sponge or a piece of cloth as Acrylic can and will scratch, but the vinegar will not harm it. If you like, you can simply spread the vinegar around the acrylic tank, and let it soak for a few hours, and that will do the trick.
