https://amzn.to/2Evr3yP - Pregnant Aquarium Molly Fish are pretty easy to yield babies from. Breeding these fish and raising the babies is easy. How long are mollies pregnant for? I advise buying a marina breeder box. Here is a link:

Additional fish tank Comments:
Does anyone ever get drilled by the Petco workers whenever buying fish? I understand questioning people on tank size and conditions maybe the first time they come in but I am in that store almost everyday.
Goes to the counter with 4 female betta fish and get hit with the “What size tank are these going in?”
Well, I’m not sure. Right now I have six different options. Can’t decide between which one of my 20 gallons...The planted one? The underwater zen garden themed one? Maybe a ten...Hell, I might go balls out and throw em in my 90. Please be quite.
Seems like a good idea. I have purchased small fish that would be eaten by the larger fish I was also purchasing for a different tank and they all had very different water parameters. If I didn't know what I was doing I could have easily killed all of the fish by putting them in the same tank either by being eaten or death by ph etc.
I used to work at petco, and they still ask me when I go in (to the store I ran the fish department in) what size tank.... Hmmm probably a bowl. If you are there all the time I didn't ask, the first time sure, but I got to know my customers and I knew what each one had. http://www.molly-fish.com/pregnant.html
Also some stores are getting in trouble for fish returns. So associates are told to ask because some people come in and get a common pleco for a 5 gallon or get a salt water fish when they don't have a tank, or get a fish that will eat all their other fish then call corporate because the petco employee never told them, that it eats fish or needs something special or even that it's a salt water fish.
She would be adequately reassured you were going to take care of the live animals she's selling you. Grats on making a minimum wage job even less tolerable though. Are you really going to get on here and complain that they're taking proper precautions when selling you an animal? You could be any other moron that they usually deal with, they don't know about your setup. Kudos to them for at least asking. https://www.molly-fish.com/pregnant.html
As a pet store employee, if we ask we are annoying people, if we dont ask we are annoying people. I will choose to ask and the customer can just suck it up, the fish are my concern, and something i have a little bit of control over. It’s policy that’s why. They can lose their job if they get a report back from a customer that has a poor environment for their fish and come back complaining that their fish had died because another had ate it or that something in their tank killed it. It’s literally saving their ass. If you obviously know what your doing - they don’t know that. Spark a conversation next time saying what your going to do with and then maybe say “oh I’ll be back remember me” (fish keeprs are the ones that i remeber the most because they are in there 24/7) or show them a picture NICELY on what your options are.
I literally had a customer come to me to buy 100 goldfish (feeders) and i asked where they were putting them. I suggested a trough because of bugs and you know what he said “the nearby creek to feed the bigger fish so i can fish there”. 1. That’s is illegal considering goldfish are not a native species to the US 2. This guy wasn’t using these fish for the right purpose. If he had bigger fish in his own tank or pond that it different. But i were to sell those to him and he did that- the store i worked at would of been shut down.
My son was forbidden from buying fish there. They were out of feeder fish, so my son bought some cheap other ones on sale to use as feeders. They refused to sell them to him. All fish lives matter, but some eat other fish. Does it matter who the feeder fish are, really?
I loved it, I got my Oscar and went to a diffrent fish store and the lady was a great help answering my questions and I felt very welcome and i told them I haven't had a fish in quite a while. She was so helpful to show me all the food for the Oscar and I will definately spend my money there. Dude. Same. I love when they try to tell me what to do AFTER I tell them I have a 280 gallon tank... like when the tank had ich right? I’m at the store. Buying salt and dumb goes “don’t forget to treat for ich with salt and heat” Yeah what else do you think I’m buying an assload of aquarium salt for?
what you arent wrapping your mind around, is a stranger isnt going to know what your comprehension of fish care is... at all, they cant know because they dont know you(this would seem to be a simple concept for most. And just like our Laws are set in place to help the dumbest of our society, they give the same advice to everyone.
