When Home Resters Have Trials

We rent this farm and it's for sale, too. We didn't realize how hard this would be. Sometimes Cortisol levels are high. It's really okay. Just rest more, exercise and eat healthy when you can.
Look around the trial and find the joy so your next trial will be easier.

We're struggling with our house situation. Who hasn't been there? After 18 yrs of marriage and lots of work (see our Fixer Upper videos); we still have nothing...or do we? We def can't afford a nice home...but WE made some of these choices, and life made the rest. So, it's just a trial and it's okay.
One thing is my kids are happy and learning to lean on God and each other more and more. They're actually learning to get along very well even in a tiny house. We are thankful for the pool that needs a $5000 fix :-) but it still works...we're thankful for the blueberries, the ability to have horses and rabbits, a garden and the woods to play in...what are you thankful for in your trial? If a small house where I get a text every week from the Realtor who wants to show it is my trial then I better be thankful and ready for the next one :-)
And as soon as I made this video this house sold. I was so scared about finding something else...then we found a furnished house, much better on 5 acres close to a good tennis club. And we were able to start selling our Liptifuls again due to having more room to make them etc. So, I'm glad I had a positive attitude!
